Newbie says Hello

Found this site through an app on my new phone plan. Loving it, although I am being truthfull and have gone over my goal calories every day so far, it's really making me pay attention to what I eat, and I can continue to make plans and be motivated. I really need to lose weight and excersize, but I can tell you for some reason just the thought of excersizing makes me just want to curl up and crawl in bed. I was a 3 sport athlete in high school (A LONG TIME AGO), so not sure where this is coming from, but hope to kick it. Looking forward to all the ideas and tools here. Good luck to all of you as well.

welcome...admitting your bad habits on here really make you accountable too lol...i tend to complain, but hey, this isn't easy...this is a great site...add some friends, they make the whole journey fun lol0
