Someone else took these pictures of course, but this is the mountain I hiked this morning the mountain is 1592 feet up and 1.5 miles long.

I love it it's have a beautiful view.

What a great sight...my friend Tracy shared this sight with me today after lunch. I had already eaten all the calories for my day by lunch time, once I figured out my profile etc. on here. So I decided to take a long bike ride and that ride put me back on track! I love this sight...ljr
