Hello :) I saw that many women on bc.com use this site to track their diets and w/o plans.
my friend sent me the link so I can too.
so I will be track what I eat and what w/o I do.

  • Good luck! I keep a separate journal during the day with all my food intake, exercise, vitamins and what not, but this helps hold me accountable! You can friend me if you want!
