I've been enjoying Aldi's roasted red pepper hummus with some wheat thins. Any other ways to use it other than a dip? It's so good!

I've read you can make it a dressing for wraps. I haven't done it myself but I love ole high fiber tortillas, 90 calories and add whatever else you want in there!0

I second the wrap idea. I love to spread a tortilla with hummus and add edamame, black beans, baby spinach & avocado. SO good.0

I really hate mayo, so I use hummus in place of mayo on sandiwches, wraps...etc. It is also amazing on a burger!!0

Holy smokes, all of this sounds GREAT!0

I've heard it's a good, tastey lubricant.0

Yup. I use it as either the basis for sandwiches (with raw veg) or as the dressing for sandwiches.0

I use it in sandwiches as a spread instead of using mayo. YUM!0

I use it as dip with fresh cut vegetables. On sandwiches inplace of butter/mayo/mustard or dressings, On wraps and with crackers.0
-
I use it as a topping for veggie or turkey burgers. I also use it as a dip for raw veggies - baby carrots, snow/snap peas, sliced peppers (red, yellow, orange), cucumbers, celery, etc.0

Brown rice and shrimp topped with hummus is tasty-tasty.0

in turkey wraps, on an everything bagel instead of cream cheese, with baby carrots dipped in.0

I agree with the wraps comment. Chicken, cucumber, hummus all rolled into a tortilla. Yum.0

I either use it as a dip or as sandwich filling. It works fairly well for chicken salad in place of mayo or yogurt too.0
-
I use it to fill up my garbage can. Yuck. :sick:0

Yeah, it makes a great wrap. It's also good as a mayo substitute in egg salad. And I've heard it's good mixed with tuna, though I have yet to try that.
It's good eaten with a spoon.0 -
marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic, olive oil & mint...grill on HOT coals so the outside gets a bit crispy then dip in HUMMOS...flipping awesome!0

Until recently I've only ever used it for a dip/in a pitta/wrap/sandwich - but I had some that needed using up the other day so I cooked up some pasta, drained it (but kept about 1tbsp of the water) and then added the water to the hummus which forms a creamy sauce, and stirred it into the pasta with some sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes and chopped red pepper. Added a bit of black pepper and it was actually really good!0

I also like it on Morningstar chickpea burgers, on a toasted Sandwich Skinny with thick slices of cucumber and a bit of red onion.0
-
put a dollop in a creamy soup like tomato, potato, broccoli or butternut squash0

I have used hummus as a "sauce" on pizza crust or naan (to make pizzas). Sooo stinkin good!0

I have seen a recipe on pinterest where you take garlic hummus and coat steamed broccoli in it. Supposed to be a yummy creamy garlicly goodness lol0

I put roasted red pepper hummus, spinach, red onion, tomato, cucumber, and a few pieces of feta cheese on a sandwich thin with a few drops of balsamic vinegar (or balsamic vinaigrette) and take that for lunch sometimes. It's delicious!0

I spread it on a tortilla, then reduce the amount of shredded cheese I'd normally use, to make a quesadilla.0
