My weight gain started when I quit drinking alcohol......what gives??? I thought I would be LOSING weight!!!!! I dont know if it is my age but lately I have been feeling kind of defeated!!! Any suggestions???
THANKS!!!!!

It's pretty normal that giving up one vice leads us to picking up another. Food can be a vice, too. That said, congrats on putting down the sauce and taking control of your new life! Rock on!0
