Fantastic post! And I love how you point out that you don't have to eliminate anything from your daily intake, especially bacon. I will admit that I tried turkey bacon, didn't care for it, so now I get the center-cut bacon and don't mind enjoying a BLT whenever I feel like it.0

Thanks for this, I've been looking all over the message boards for some info like this. I will eat my Net calories and exercise every day from what MFP says and even though it's sync'd with fitbit, ignore that it keeps telling me I'm OVER 2-300 calories when MFP says I'm UNDER 3-400 calories. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out who was right and did I eat back my exercise calories, etc. So confusing for a beginner. This helps.0

I agree.Everybody who is serious about getting healthier (and losing weight too...) SHOULD read this. It is really good information. and i will definitely keep my link to share with people (recent or ancient) on MFP who wants to know more on how to loose weight the proper way and get healthier.
