Almost Pumpkin Pie

A friend of mine gave me this recipe to try. I tweaked it a little, and it's delish!

Almost Pumpkin Pie

1 15 oz. can 100% pumpkin puree
1 c. fat free cottage cheese
5 packets Truvia (or to taste)
Pumpkin pie spice, or you can add cinnamon, ginger, ground cloves, and nutmeg to taste

Process in blender until creamy and chill. You can top with chopped pecans or even some fat free Cool Whip...or both! :)

This is 70 calories per 1/2 cup serving, without toppings.
