Well, I found this website today.

Hello, my name is Michelle.

I am doing this with two of my friends, Anna and Carla.

I have never done anything like this before so I am hoping this will work for me. I have been struggling with my weight since I had my daughter and that was 15 + years ago.

Wish me luck...I need it. Any helpful advise is always welcomed. :smile: :happy: :smile:

  • Hi and welcome.I found that a real good way to start is to keep track of everything you eat for the first week.After you see what you're eating its a lot easier to see where all the calories are coming from.My main problem is after supper(dinner) snacking.Also find that using a smaller plate really helps,it tricks your eye,it looks like you have a plateful but in reality its a smaller plateful.And I have to stop from second helpings.I have just started back on here after slipping for a couple of months.
