So, I lost almost 35 lbs. since last year. Mostly, I just cut back on portion sizes, but I started MFP a couple of months ago. I have lost 5-7 lbs., but half of that, I know, was retained water weight from taking a dieting break. I am 35 y/o, 5'2," and 131 lbs. My goal weight is 120 lbs. I'm currently at 1300 calories/day, BUT I'm averaging about 1500/day, because I keep blowing it on the weekends...because, in all honesty, I'm a little discouraged by these last 10-11 lbs. and having to be a slave to counting calories.
For those who WERE similar to me, but managed to lose the weight (Success Stories!), tell me what YOU did to lose the weight and find a sustainable lifestyle? What would you recommend that I do differently?

Do you exercise at all? 1500 calories isn't bad for your height and weight... Try adding in like 30-60 minutes of workout if you're not losing.0
