I love eggs in the morning. Eggs or egg whites with cheese..
For snacks, I eat sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds or walnuts or a berry.. gives me good fiber.

As far as workout, try to get some weight/strength training,. Cardio is ok, but strength training will build muscle and that will help in burning fat. It all works together. You can start with simple push ups, squats, dumbbell or barbell exercises and move to kettlebell, trx and other advanced,...

    hope it helps.

I find protein keeps me fuller for longer than carbs and fats. Chicken, turkey, fish, beef, tofu, soybeans, low-fat cheeses and ham, skim milk, greek yogurt, etc. Also, you really should start doing some lifting — it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

Breakfast I have 2 bacon rashers with scrambled egg. Or 100gms baked beans on some toast with butter

lunch can be a pork chop or chicken or lamb with stir fry veggies. Or maybe a baked potato with grated cheese

Dinner can be a similar meat and stir fry or meat and veggies.

Snacks,I just pick some from these (not all of them lol) some nuts or a muller rice/yoghurt or a couple of crispbreads with cheese. Cottage cheese and pineapple A teaspoon of nutella if I have a choccie craving. A glass of wine in the evening.

I've started using Greek yogurt instead of mayo with tuna or chicken salad. It adds a little extra flavor and has less calories than mayo. I also like vanilla Greek yogurt with a little cinnamon stirred in, good as is or used as a dip for apple slices. For lunch or dinner, a baked potato topped with a little vegetable soup or chili...yummy and filling.

I do not know what your daily calorie goal is, but all those foods are within a 1200 to 1500 calorie day limit ( not eating all the snacks in one day)

Check out diaries of the Success Story message board, lots of people have open diaries, you can see their exercise and foods. This was a good tip someone told me about early on. Atleast you get some ideas about what is doable.

Oh and lean pork chops is fine just watch the serving size, one is good two not so much. Same goes for lots of others things. If you have a known trigger food, then avoid it. But you can eat just about anything as long as it fits your macros and your cal counts for the day.

If you haven't found this group yet check them out, tons of great information and very helpful lot on there:
