I'm pretty pleased with the changes that i have made over the last year.

I started out at 252 lbs in October 2012 and by June 2013 i had lost 82 lbs and weighed in at 170 lbs.

I achieved this through diet and exercise mainly cardio but in March 2013 introduced strength training.

March -June i did the Stronglifts 5x5 program (highly recommended) and since then i have been doing a 4 day split, mass building program.

I think the results speak for themselves, obviously i'm not done with this and i will continue to lift heavy weights hopefully for years to come as it's very rewarding.

Wanted to share, cheers people !
