How do I change my macros? Need more protein ect

    Go to your My Home tab and click on the goals sub-category. You should find a 'change goals' button, there select the custom option and click continue. Then you can change it there.
    It is recommended to follow MFP, but if you feel like it or if your doctor/nutritionist advices it then go on ahead!
