Guided or Custom Fitness Goals?

Hey MFPer's! I am wondering how man out there use the guided MFP fitness goals and who customizes them? If you do customize then, what are your goals? ( i.e. 50% carb, 40% protein, 40% fat ) I am wondering where I should be percentage wise with my protein, carbs and fat?

    I customize mine. I have mine set to 1475 calories per day (1.7 lb/wk loss) and 45% carbs, 25% Protein, 30% fat. I really only cared about customizing the carbs part, the other two auto-corrected so I just left them as they were.

    I changed mine to 50% carbs, 15% fat and 35% protein. I don't really have a scientific reason for it, but it seemed like lowering the fat would be a good thing.

    1250 calories a day

    40% carbs
    35% protein
    25% fat

    2000mg Sodium

    15% fat is quite low you may want to try 20%. Fat is essential for healthy hair, nails, and a lot of other functions of the body.
