After 1 week of eating healthy, watching my sodium, drinking my water, and exercising daily, I've lost 9.5lbs!!!
I'm pretty sure 99% of it was water I was retaining, but nonetheless, wanted to share!!

I never thought I would be excited to go my OB appointment and weight in lol.
Too bad there is no way the weight will come off this fast once the water weight is gone!!0
