Sugar Goals

The one macro I can't ever seem to come in under is Sugar. Even my Sodium levels are occasionally below my target; but Sugar, never!

And the problem isn't processed foods. It's raw fruit. I can eat a banana for breakfast, an apple for lunch, and with the assorted other sugars in a standard diet be over my goal by lunchtime! And 80% of those sugars come from those two fruits.

Seriously, the answer can't be to eliminate fruits, can it? I'm not indulging or anything. Two servings a day.

Any tips on reducing sugar without reducing fruit intake?
