I feel your pain...I've been sitting here trying to decide....do I get small with toppings? Or a medium plain cheese? or small plain cheese and a coke?!
(But back in the day it would have been a large, with toppings, and a 2 liter of coke...and wings....and a burger....and fries....so...I figure no matter what I decide tonight, I'm on the right track!)0 -

You can still have that large, just burn it off on the elliptical. Shouldn't take long, from what I read around here.

I am craving pizza but don't have the calories for a large thin crust so I am going to have to get a medium. And I prefer regular crust, but it is more calorie dense.

Just workout fr an extra 90 minutes.
My gym routine is only 45m long usually. I cant do it twice because of overtraining.
