            I feel your pain...I've been sitting here trying to decide....do I get small with toppings? Or a medium plain cheese? or small plain cheese and a coke?!
 (But back in the day it would have been a large, with toppings, and a 2 liter of coke...and wings....and a burger....and fries....so...I figure no matter what I decide tonight, I'm on the right track!)0

 My gym routine is only 45m long usually. I cant do it twice because of overtraining.
