I plan on starting to take Fiber Gummies.
The Gummies say they have 15 calories per serving.

Should i really count these in my daily calorie intake?

yes, for accuracy if nothing else. It is a good habit to get into, logging everything I mean. It'll also allow you to keep an eye on your overall fiber intake.

A lot of people don't, but if at any point you open your diary for people to have a look (maybe because something isn't working) and then people say increase your fiber intake and you say 'I am taking a supplement' they then question whether you truly log everything or whether you just think you do.

Yes. I take them because I seem to have a problem meeting my fiber allowances and it get my system out of wack. I log them only to see that I've met my fiber allowance. Mine are 10 calories for 2. I also log my calcium supplement for the same reason even if it's only 10 also.

I take a gimme multivitamin (also 15 calories), and I log it every day. Not just for the calories, but also so I can have an accurate count on my micronutrients.

I do. I take all gummy vitamins (omega 3, multi, and a calcium w/fiber) and they total 60 or so calories together. Mainly seeing them in my frequent breakfast foods reminds me to take them. Thats win/win. LOL!
