I know this is not that big of a deal but I wanted to share....
after tracking what I have eaten I got on the scale the first week and I am down 3lbs.... WOW... So Happy...

    That's really great. The first couple weeks are the hardest - or at least I think they are.

    Congrats for taking the steps to improve yourself! You deserve a round of applause. Keep up the good work and you'll be at goal in no time!
