Weigthlifting Excel Sheet with goal weight

I've found once (but lost) this Excel sheet that calculated the working sets for 4-8 weeks depending on your current 1RM and your desired goal for the lift.
Can anyone help me? Excel template/website/anything is aprecciated. BTW I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5.

I have the one for Starting Strength - It's probably not the exact one you're thinking of but it can be pretty easily modified. You'll have to download the file since it's read-only right now on gdrive. Hopefully this link will work, if not I can send it to you~

edit : also the reps at the bottom all got changed to something weird. They should all be 5 for SS/Stronglifts.0 -
