30 SPIDER PUSHUPS

This probably should have been the Halloween challenge ;) Let's show those spider push-ups we're not afraid of them!

I recommend doing these in 3 sets of 10. If you have trouble, you can alternate coming down on one knee.

    Definitely in..been way to long since I did one of these challenges. On a side note...I want to thank you for posting these. I see a direct correlation to my doing the challenges and keeping up with my logging here. Don't get on in the morning to check the challenge...I typically forget to log the day. You are a big help!
