Haha, when I was pregnant my midwife had me drink one of these instead of the usual orange glucose for my glucose testing. It's THAT high in sugar!

Naked juice is pasteurized so all the living goodness that translates to the benefits of a juice cleanse are lost (plus many of their varieties have lots of sugar). I do juice cleanses occasionally (like after a particularly indulgent vacation) and feel great afterwards! So I disagree with some of these naysayers, especially because veggies and fruits are certainly healthy. You can get fresh juices from whole foods -either from the cafe or bottled (Suja is an example). There's a coupon out there to get $1.50 off a bottle: http://www.sujajuice.com/pages/coupon?gclid=CO7dx7GGxLoCFZGf4AodCi8AGw
