Naked juice is pasteurized so all the living goodness that translates to the benefits of a juice cleanse are lost (plus many of their varieties have lots of sugar). I do juice cleanses occasionally (like after a particularly indulgent vacation) and feel great afterwards! So I disagree with some of these naysayers, especially because veggies and fruits are certainly healthy. You can get fresh juices from whole foods -either from the cafe or bottled (Suja is an example).
