You all are getting into my head.... :drinker:
I have 30 more lbs to lose approximately and I was going to lose it all first and then start lifting.
WTH - I went to the gym today and actually did squats in the squat rack and enjoyed it! Then I benched and will incorporate deadlifts next session. I am MAD!:smokin: :laugh:
Furthermore I don't care how fast I lose (like 1-2 lbs per month is fine), I am eating between my BMR and TDEE, Eating Pizza and ice cream almost every day and the word "derp" is in my vocabulary.... I am going to hell! LOL :bigsmile:0 -

I want to emphasis on not buying shakes when your food calories are out of whack. If you're lifting and bulging out of your pants because you're gaining weight, sucking down shakes is the last thing you want to do.0 -
