Crisp fall days and chilly nights - It's time for a new month of stepping!
Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!
You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

We've got spring and summer coming on here in Aus, but I'm in... will do my best to track it. How many steps do you reckon are in a kilometer (half a mile)?0

Complete Long Beach Marathon in under 6 hr 24 min (my previous marathon personal record)

- 16K steps: 123 days - streak started 7/1/2013

Count me in! As soon as I find a step counter, until then I'll use my phone (except at work-they're sticklers about us even having our phones on us until we're at lunch/break)! If I have a group to hold me accountable, I'm less likely to take the elevator to my classes and I'd probably get off the bus a stop earlier to walk more.0
