    Wow! what an amazing job. I weigh more than you to start with but am currently close to where you started with a similar goal weight. I am also 5'6" and not to far off from your age so your post was very inspirational for me. Thanks for sharing!

    I also appreciate that you shared you did this slowly. I feel impatient sometimes with this journey, but I also worry about the end result if I lose weight to fast. My doctor did tell me 3 years was pretty common with the goal I had set start weight of 257 lbs and a goal weight of 150ish? Thanks again :)
