This might be awkward... workout bra help?!?!

Options
Okay so ladies - lets be honest here, if you are blessed up top you know exactly what I am talking about when I say F*@% that HURTS when you jump rope, run, etc. without some serious help to keep your girls from bouncing. I'm like a 36DD right now and I can't handle one more aerobics class without a better solution than what I have!!

So help me out - what do you recommend?!

    I recommend search for "bra" or "sports bra". Get a whole lot of posts on the topic, so lots of good info out there to review right away.

    I just wear a cheap cotton bra from walmart with a cheap sports bra over it. Once I get to the weight I'm happy at I'll try finding something better, for now, this works and I don't end up with sore boobs or black eyes :laugh:

    I just bought this sports bra:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007KFZGGQ/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    It's cheap, pretty comfortable, and they don't bounce much. I bought a much more expensive one from Lane Bryant and it wasn't nearly as good for me. It squeezed them together too much.

    I'm a 36D and find that "the girls" are happiest in my USA pro bra tops when I'm walking, jogging, and generally bouncing about. It doesn't smash them together or through your ribcage, but supports well underneath with a high cup top to batten them down and stop me getting black eyes.

    I see you are originally from the UK, so maybe you have family here who could mail over for you? If so, sports direct do them at the same price (without charging shipping like Amazon), I wear a size 14 top.

    Anybody who says a plain cotton bra is enough is obviously not a 36 DD doing high intensity aerobics! I'm a 36 DD, and I LOVE Moving Comfort bras. They are expensive, around $50, but totally worth it. I have 1, but am looking for a 2nd one on sale.

    I second MovinComfort bras they are great. Get it fitted and nothing moves. I have had mine for 4 years never in the dryer and they really last. I paid about$65 for it but well worth it. I bought mine at a running store.

    Unfortunately, you need to spend alot to save bouncing alot! 38G here, I personally like underwire sports bras but wirefree work for many women. My current favorite one is Panache, a British brand! Something sturdy that stays in place,separates but does not flatten and squish! Here are some links with several brands and styles that can be ordered online;

    Also google: Athleta, Title9, Moving Comfort, Lane Bryand, Woman Within, Full Beauty .

    I like the sites that have customer reviews that you can read, they are really helpful!

    Lululemon Tata Tamer! best bra ever. It's all I wear to work out. They just extended the sizing to include E cups as well.

    I can totally relate to being blessed up top. I normally wear a 36DDD

    For years I had been wearing a Champion underwire 36/38 D/DD bra. It was the best that I could find, but not as much support as I would like.. A few weeks ago, I found a great exercise bra made by Lunaire at Dillards. Surprisingly, I needed a 36G in that brand, but the girls are so happy with very little bouncing while I've been doing 30 Day Shred with plenty of jumping.
