How to lose weight but keep chest inches

I am 5'4 and 115 lbs now measurement 34 24 36 ( i was 129 lbs 2 months ago and measurement were 35.5 27 37) cup C

My chest was the only thing i was proud of because most asian have small chest. Do you have anyway to keep losing weight or maintain it but make the chest bigger? Help me !

Also my thighs are big too, around 21 inches, do u know anyway to reduce it? Im so afraid that if i lose weight to make my thighs smaller it will make my chest smaller as well.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it's genetics. You can't choose where you lose/gain/maintain fat, your body will decide this for you.

I already have pretty small ones, but Ive noticed that eating at a smaller calorie deficit they havent shrunk off like they usually do.

Oh and Bench presses! Since starting weight training the girls are looking so fantastic!! Only been 8 weeks..

Edit to add, agreed with above poster, you will only have so much breast tissue, the rest is fat.

Your size and weight seems perfectly healthy to me. You probably want to focus on some toning. Put your calories at maintanance or just above, increase your protien and do some strength training exercise for your legs. Squats come to mind.
    Just my opinion.

  • I feel the same! I'm 5 foot 2 and have a 36H chest... but I don't want to lose too much of it =/

My mum has huge ones. She is like 39-40 inches ( compare to asians they are huge) but she is like 143 lbs and ~ 5'0.

That was sad to know though :(

I am a 34a. So far I've lost 3.5kg. Guess where it's coming from first? Yep, shrinking already small boobs. Never mind, I suppose lol.

Your measurements, including the thigh measurement, sound lovely if that helps :) 21" thighs aren't big with the other measurements you gave.

Some of the calculator online, with my height and weight, i suppose to have 18" thighs. I have big legs because i was in swimming team and table tennis team since i was 8 and i stopped 4 years ago so my legs stored fat instead of muscle. Im finding the way to get rid of them.

If you work on toning and definition of your chest muscles then that will help to improve the overall look of your bust, posture helps too.

Also don't forget that the inches you are losing may not necessarily be bust related, if you're still in the same cup size, if you carry excess weight all over you could be losing fat off of your back area thus measuring smaller all around.

Depends how much of your chest is fat and how much mammory (sp?) tissue.
  • This is why, you do those chest presses and chest exercises..
