Starting Small, Looking for Support

I'm 26 years old, married with three kids (6, 4 and 4 months). I'm looking to lose about 35lbs but it has been a real struggle for me. I'm "starting over" and starting small. My first two goals are to walk a minimum of 1.3 miles Mon-Fri and drink 16oz of water daily.

This is just the beginning of many more goals and changes I am going to make. So I'm looking for supportive people that understand my struggles, who are willing to encourage me, motivate me, and kick me in the *kitten* when I need it =)

No matter where you are in your own personal journey, feel free to add me and we can help motivate and support each other.

I've got about 20-30 lbs left to lose and I'm a mother of 1(9months). Feel free to add me! :)

I started small too. One gym class a week to start with, working up as I felt able to. Calorie counting only came in four weeks ago. So far I've lost 3.5kg. I've added you. :-)

I started small (and I'm still doing small), simply by taking the time to make dinner every day and not buying a pizza on my way home and by bringing fruit to snack on and lunch to work and not waiting until I'm starving before eating something unhealthy.

At some point (in the spring, when it's not so dark and cold) I will add some more exercise, but right now I'm focusing on eating right and teaching myself portion sizes and to stop eating when I'm full.
