Negitive calorie foods

Just wanting some feedback on this topic. I have heard that foods like apple, carrots, lettuce, celery, broc.., etc are negitive calorie foods. Thusfore, it takes your body more entergy to digest them than the food provided.

I don't think that apples would qualify because of their high sugar content, but lettuce, carrots, and celery do have very few calories. I don't think that they are actually "negative calorie" foods, but they do make good low cal snacks!0

on the serious side for the original post, i would stick with a list of low glycemic fruits and vegetables and i also eat low carb. you still have to get out and exercise. There's no magic pill or bullet.0 -
It would be nice if it was true, but it's not. Think of the danger if it was true. Too much negative-calorie food and you might self-combust like the drummer in Spinal Tap.0
