Fast food...

Hey everyone! So to get straight to the point I need some low-carb food ideas ( no fish please ) that will keep me full and not leave me wanting to snack. I work fast food so I am tempted to eat fries all day. Please let me know your favorite recipes that keep you full :) Thanks in advance.

    I cook up three eggs but omit two of the yolks when I want a low-carb snack without too much fat. Boiled or scrambled

    I grill a lot of chicken and add it to lots of recipes. I like fresh spinach with grilled chicken, glazed walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette. Also chicken pesto pasta with asparagus and walnuts. Adding veggies to pasta cuts down on the amount of pasta per serving but still gives me some satisfaction. I eat boiled eggs for snacks, also low fat cheddar.

    I make protein shakes for breakfast and add fiber powder to them before blending. Low in carbs and fat while being high in protein and fiber. They keep me satisfied a long time.
