Since I have reached my 100th day milestone here at MFP, I feel like celebrating it with a progress picture. I have lost about 50lbs so far in my 100 days here. It is slowing down but I am still quite happy with my progress. This site really changed my life and I have met a lot of inspiring people who motivates me and gives me lots of good advice. Without my friends here, I wouldn't be able to accomplish what I've had so thank you all very much.

I am 215 lbs in the before picture which was taking last June. I am currently at 164lbs. I still wanna lose about 25 lbs before I re-evaluate and see if I want to lose more.

Wow! Congrats! You must have worked really hard!

I did until I got home. For about 2 and a half months I work out everyday for at least 2 hours each day, walking, hiking, running, swimming or whatever else I can do. But I was slacking off for about a month now. I am about to travel soon and I am so looking forward to working out a lot and eating much healthier again.

wow, that's unbelievable ....... what is your secret ??

When I first started out, I didn't eat back most of my exercise calories. I lost fast but that was really unhealthy. Most of my friends here taught me that slow and steady should be the way to do it so now I'm eating a bit more calories daily and I eat back most of my exercise calories so I don't really lose as much these days.
