Beck Diet Solution, anyone?

I haven't been very reliable about moving through every step, but I have definitely learned some things along the way that are helping me. In particular, it's made me realize that "will power" is totally over-rated. I always felt like some sort of mental midget when I had trouble restraining. Through the Beck exercises, I've realized that "will power" is more about setting up mental and environmental tools to make the new eating pattern easier. Thin people and successful dieters don't have magical mental powers, they just have learned tools to make it easier to stay on track.
For me, I think it has been most helpful in helping me avoid any "backslide"0 -
