Time change and logging calories

Everyone will get an extra hour in their day tomorrow. For tomorrow only, you can take your calorie goal, divide it by 24, and add that number to your calorie goal with no penalty.
For example: a 1500 calorie goal divided by 24 = 62.5 So.... For tomorrow only, your calorie goal can be 1562.
Just remember that you will have to subtract those calories in the Spring.

Got our extra hour LAST weekend but never thought about adding the extra calories. I'm happy leaving mine as they are because I don't want to give them up again in the Spring!0
