Is there such a thing as lower sodium out there ?

    Hunt's has a no salt added ketchup. The nutrition label shows 0 sodium.

    Hot sauce is stupid high in sodium. I use ground cayenne pepper instead, either as powder in recipes or mixed with vinegar as a liquid. It works well to replace Louisiana Hot Sauce.

    most comdiments are fairly high in sodium content and the low sodium alternatives do not taste very good imo, so my take is to use less.
