I just was looking through my old pictures from Jan of this year and I took a double take, I had not realized how much I have changed in these past few months , but I guess I changed more than I thought.

I don't have any pictures of me really that show my whole self I wouldn't let anyone before, so here is me before Jan 1st and myself today few minutes ago .

I still have some weight left to lose but these pictures sure make me feel good about my loss:) so far.

I started at 150.5
Im 4ft 10in
age 29
and A SAHM of two girls 19 months apart :0)

never set foot in a gym, just calorie counting and exercise at home simple really :)

current weight 120-122 :)
