Friends needed for support currently stuck in a plateau.

Lost 40 pounds in five months now I have been kind of satisfy with my current weight and not focusing on losing 12 more pounds to reach my true goal. Any new friends with words of encouragement or exercise tips will be greatly appreciated :)

    I will support you. I have also lost 40 pounds and currently stuck in a plateau. I am trying not to give up. I just need to lose 15 more pounds.

    feel free to add me. I lost over 90 pounds in about 10 months, then got stuck for over 2 months. I stayed patient, not changing too many things at the same time. Ended up deciding to up my calories and go on maintenance for the holidays and in the two short weeks I upped my cals, I ended up losing close to two pounds. I want to lose another 10-15 pounds but like you, am happy with where I am at now.
  • I have lost 36 lbs in 4 months and still going. I am making Alkaline food choices (foods that are closest to PH bal of your blood) you can google ALKALINE EATING. NO white sugar (I use Coconut sugar), NO dairy (I use Coconut milk or Almond milk), I use EARTH BALANCE butter (trader joes) or SMART BALANCE butter. I use Pink Himalayan salt (has minerals your body can absorb), NO PROCESSED foods. NO FRIED foods. I eat as raw or near raw as I can. Costco has fabulous organic food section. WHOLE GRAIN section. Kale Chips, Veggie Chios, Quinoa (cook like rice), butter lettuce (comes with roots so it's LIVE food). Just make better food choices. This is a way of life eating plan. You make better eating choices when you know better.
