I'm trying to compile a list for another forum that helps us UK folk when eating out, and figured it may be helpful here too. Can anybody think of any chains/restaurants (in the UK) that list calories for their food online on their sites?

So far I have:
Nando's
Pizza Hut
Yo Sushi
Pizza Express
Wetherspoons

Cafe Rouge and Bella Italia have *healthy options* symbol on their menus that mark foods that have less than 600 cals in, so that's worth mentioning too :)

Edit - already know about fast food places / cafes, was thinking places where you may actually sit down and have a nice meal at! But thanks anyway :D<3

I'm not sure if they list the information on their website, but a lot of Wagamama meals are listed if you search on this site.

when i was a kid, i remember getting a book that listed all of the fast food restaurants and their nutritional profiles. check your library because this work can already have been done for you. ;)

Burger King have their calories on the wall by the tills, usually.

I don't like chains, so none of the places I ever eat have calorie listings :*(

I see where you're coming from, but the portion sizes etc. can vary quite a fair amount, which is why I'm going UK specific :)
