What would be a good Christmas Goal weight loss be? I currently weigh 163, is 150 too much? Could i do more? and I want to do this the healthy way, not starving myself and actually exercising! I dont wanna set myself up for a failure either though so dont wanna set it too high but dont wanna not push myself either if that makes sense?!![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thank you!

I personally do not believe in short-term goals but in long-term behavior change. My christmas goal weight loss is two pounds :-)0
