Calorie surplus 1 day per week

I would like to know if I would still lose weight if I were to eat at a calorie surplus every Saturday while being in a calorie deficit the 6 other days of the week? Will one day make a difference?

    No it won't be a problem, the 5:2 diet has people creating a deficit on 2 days a week only and that works too.

    as long as the week has a calorie deficit you should be fine

    I have one day a week where I set more and I'm still losing weight so yes it will work.

    Depends how much the surplus is. If the surplus is more than your overall deficit no you wont lose weight but if its just a modest one it wont effect it

    this! as long as you are at a deficit at the end of the week, you'll lose weight.
