Hi All
Im goinmg to start off by trying the 8:16 diet - has anyone else done this ? How have you found it ?
I cant afford the gym, so am going to start Zumba class once a week, more dog walking and running too. Just need to get motivated, but very hard !

You can do it but there really isn't any need.. if it fits how you prefer to eat then yes it's fine. I do it most of the time but not 100%. If I'm really hungry one morning then I eat but most days I don't since I like to eat more later in the day.0
