Should I eat more?

Hello everyone,
I'm 23 and currently 65kg (5ft 5). I feel like I've been hovering around this weight for AGES. as long as I can remember I have calorie restricted and have been eating around 1200 calories a day for so long. I'm pretty active- go to uni, have a part-time waitressing job and work out doing weight training and interval sprints (a v.intense 40 minute work out) pretty much every other day.
I have basically been this weight for so long- and I eat so healthily and barely eat any sugar. I'm thinking about just increasing my calories to say 1800-2000 a day and seeing if overall I feel much better on this and if I'm actually not eating enough. Has anyone else had experience of doing this at around my weight and after being scared of calorie increases for so long?
Thanks in advance

Agree you're not eating enough.0

Seems your metabolism is shot. I've been losing eating 1600-1700 a day and I'm 12 years older (and 66 kg now), and nowhere as active as you are.0

Please keep in mind that you shouldn't jump right on the scale as soon as you up your calories.
This is because you will gain some water and waste weight, it's temporary and doesn't automatically mean you gained "fat" from eating a normal amount of food. Give it a few weeks to come off.0
