Never tried it, simply because (unlike me), my wallet's naturally thin. No obesity issues there  I'm too cheap to buy products

I'd take that link out. The actual topic is fine, and you'll probably find some people that use it, but the link would be considered advertising.

Editing to add that I don't really expect this thread to end too well, for the record .... if you hang around the forums enough you'll see why. Search "Herbalife" or "Advocare" or "Visalus" and you'll see how any forum thread involving MLM products typically end.

ANY product works if following the "diet" program. All diet programs have one thing in common.....................eating less than you burn. In reality, 90% of all dieter (regardless of program) fail and regain a significant amount of weight or all of their weight back after running out of product or hitting goal. Why? Because it's not sustainable for the rest of their life.
And this is why calorie counting and learning how to do it here was established. Not just to help lose weight, but to educate one's self on actually how to eat what one wants, but know how to limit themselves to maintain weight.
It's not Plexus Slim that's doing he job..........................it's eating less that's doing it.

You lost weight because you ate at a deficit... The plexus slim was unnecessary and a waste of money.

Congratulations on your weight loss. However, no offense intended, but losing that much weight in one month is way too fast to sustain you the long term. It's also not healthy, considering 18 pounds in a month is a over 3 pounds a week. Also considering 3,500 calories equals one pound, you must have been eating an awful lot prior to doing this diet and barely eating nothing at all now.

As others have said, you lost weight because you ate a calorie deficit. Plexus Slim is indeed no magic product, just as no other "diet" is a magic product.

I encourage you to figure out what you basic metabolic rate (BMR) and your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) is using MFP and to eat healthy food within your calorie goal.

Learning how to lose weigh in a healthy way without diets is the roadmap to making a lifestyle change so that you can maintain when you've lost all your weight.

Remember, it's not about how fast you lose or a number on the scale, it's about lifestyle change.

    I wish you the best.

To do the math, 18 lbs = 63,000 calories. If you eat 1200 calories a day, a TDEE of 3300 a day is required (very high for a women). So most of the weight loss was water, some was fat and a little was lbm.
