I've only done one complete round of Insanity, but still do the fit test from time to time because, well, its a great workout for one, and two, I can track how far I've come with my fitness goals.
My first fit test stats were (around two years ago):
Switch Kicks: 60
Power Jacks: 50
Power Knees: 65
Power Jumps: 25
Globe Jumps: 5
Suicide Jumps: 9
Push-Up Jacks: 12
Low Plank Obliques: 21
My latest fit test stats (about two months ago)
Switch Kicks: 145
Power Jacks: 73
Power Knees: 135
Power Jumps: 61
Globe Jumps: 15
Suicide Jumps: 27
Push-Up Jacks: 41
Low Plank Obliques: 100

Hello!
I am a Beach Body coach and I help with purchasing Insanity. Please let me know if you are interested.0 -
I just completed Insanity yesterday. Stick with it!! Amazing amazing amazing results! It never gets easier but you always get better. Put as much effort in it as possible. I have never been someone to work out but I wanted to change, so I did insanity. With my experience, I only lost 4lbs total but I went down a pants size and I feel amazing all the time! I love it. I'm starting T-25 tomorrow. Iv changed so much from insanity that if I don't wake up and work out before I go to work then I feel disgusting and upset with myself all day! I have amazing results and I would post pictures if I knew how.
