I cracked the 100kg mark!

I am now down to double digits - 99.2kg at weigh in this morning.

I have been above 100kg for three years and really struggling to shift it so it feels amazing to have finally made it under.

I find fitness pal so motivating - especially when I can press the button and calculate what I will weigh in 5 weeks.

Now I need a new goal for before Christmas.

What goals do you have? How do you keep yourselves on track?

    My goal is to lose my last 8 pounds in the next 2-3 months. I stay on track by tracking my food every single day on MFP, working out for 30 minutes to an hour 6-7 days a week, being VERY patient with myself when my losses are small or nonexistent, and most importantly by persevering (my new favorite word:smile: ). Also I don't eat out frequently, no sweets for the past 14 weeks and I hang out with positive people that support this lifestyle.

    grate job ! this is amazing feeling, I can tell! but my goal before christmas is loosing 5 kg =)
