I'm so SICK of hearing people tell me, "Well, YOU have willpower. Good for you, but some of us just don't have it."
I want to scream, "YES, YOU DO! You just CHOOSE NOT TO USE IT!" Okay. Rant complete.

LOL I get what you mean. I think it has more to do with motvation. If they are motivated enough to do it - if they WANT it badly enough - they will do it. No questions asked.0

Totally!!!! I do think you have to prepare yourself mentally if you really want to make a change. Otherwise, you just go back to your old ways. I know it took being diagnosed with non alcoholic liver disease for me to get serious. But for some reason, I am so motivated that I have not once had any bad food from our work lounge. I'm so proud of myself. Then, it shows me that I CAN resist and it makes me feel good.0
