Fallen off the wagon & having a hard time getting back on

I've been trying not graze but I do anyways. I try to eat healthy and only eat small amount of treats on the weekend once each day. Yet I end up eating terribly and I snack on the week days anyways. I eat good meals and I want to exercise but I feel like I'm too worn out by the end of the day to do anything. I try to exercise to curb off the hunger but I don't feel like doing anything. Maybe if I try to workout earlier. It's hard for me to do homework because I feel like I'm suffocating. D:

    Ok I go to full time college plus part time evening college plus volunteer at fire station plus work part time only day I get of is Thursday evenings and soon to be filled, you see my friend we all have hard ship and a lot on are plates so to speak :) but if you want something bad enough your do it find away instead of staying up late get bed early and wake up early and workout then it's out of the way don't have to think about it then that's what I do, or your day will make you use all your engery and working out is the last think your be thinking of

    Really is simple listen and please actually do this stop watching the telly turn the tv of and watch how much time you have on your hands fill your day with greatness instead of watching others live on the telly

    That's tip one :) okay with the diet arrrh hate that word eat what god have us then you feel hungry eat when you feel fulll stop simple if it's a plant and not made in a plant then eat it :) if ya can kill it eat it simple

    As they say eat clean and in about few weeks your actually start getting the taste for healthier foods and then in months to come you will feel ill for eattin junk food

    And finally cut the drink out keep it simple water or water with lemon or water with green tea you see what's happening have water cut the coke and coffee just for a little bit and see what happens :)

    Everyone falls off the wagon but the difference is are you going to get back on that say wagon you fallen off....hell no your going stay on the ground and push and wagon and keep pushing till you break your goals :)

    I think this is some of the best advice I've seen on this website and it applies to me as well! :wink: :flowerforyou:

    I always log everything I plan on eating for the day in the morning. This helps me stay on track and not eat any foods I didn't anticipate on having.
