Whole Wheat Pumpkin Banana Bread

-1 banana
-1 c. pumpkin
-1/2 c. plain yogurt
-1-2 c. sweetener (depending on how sweet you like it, I used 1.33 c of Splenda)
-1 whole egg
-1/4 c. egg whites
-2 tsp. vanilla
-1.5 tsp. cinnamon
-1/2 tsp. ginger
-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
-1/4 tsp. cloves
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1.5 c. whole wheat flour
-1/4 c. oats
Preheat oven to 350
1. Cream together banana, pumpkin, then yogurt.
2. Add sweetener and vanilla, then egg and egg whites.
3. Add all spices, then baking soda and powder
4. Mix in flour until combined
5. Pour into prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with oats (can toss oats in spices 1st if desired)
6. Bake for 45-60 min.
OH MY GOSH THIS BREAD IS SO GOOD. Especially with pumpkin butter. *swoon*
