Hi guys, well i am really skinny and i want to put on weight and bulk up, i dont really have much motivation but weighing 93 lbs while being a sophomore in college doesn't really help. I am pretty bad at keeping myself motivated so any tips you guys have would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks! I'm the same situation 98 senior I'm high school dropped ton 88 in jan and had an ed past. Lifting saved me I do 5 days heavy a week and almost no cardio (20 min tops for the week)
    Eat eat eat. Dense meals shakes good foods
    I also did a mass gainer shake for about 2 months which helped a bit as well
  • Oh, i forgot to add one more small detail... I am a guy so its even more embarrassing and humiliating
