I've been using Walden Honey Mustard Dressing for my salads. They say it is zero calories so I'm not sure how many calories in it exactly but it's not many.
I also like a product called PB2. It's dried peanut butter but most of the fat has been taken out. I use it in my protein shakes and once in awhile I mix it with a little water and dip celery or other raw veggies in it.
You can't beat Eggbeaters for low cal scrambled eggs and omelets. I use it for almost every breakfast.
That's all I can think of right now off the top of my head.0 -
Dannon Greek yogurt has 80 calories and is a great source of protein. Apples are great this time of year and with a little string cheese, it's quite filling. Vegetables, of course...lots of them...steamed asparagus tips with lemon pepper has less than 50 calories for a plateful.
I should add that I gave up doing the low-calorie food shopping (with a few exceptions) long ago as I started feeling deprived. Now, I mostly just eat what I want and think portion control.
Good luck!0 -

I love salads, but have been discouraged over salad dressings lately.... I recently discovered Bolthouse dressings, they are greek yogurt based, the flavor is incredible and the one I have currently has 15 calories per tbs!0

I tend to steer away from fake or "diet" foods.
Vegetables - any veg. Mushrooms, tomatoes, aubergine, mangetout, courgette, cabbage, onions, spinach and leafy greens
Fish, especially white fish, prawns, scallops, tuna.
Eggs, and egg whites.0 -
I love almost any veggie raw. Makes for great munchies throughout the day. Also dannon light and fit greek yogurt, which is just 80 calories per serving. IF you want, adding some nuts to the yogurt is yummy too.0

I love strawberries as a low-calorie food. A bit more than 100 calories for 2 cups.0

One of my favorite Low Calorie Meals.
Vitalicious pizza - vegetarian and only190 calories. 15g protein. not sure where you live but you can go online and order them or check the website. they will tell which stores have it.
so the whole meal is
Pizza, Small caesar salad (romain, a slice or two of tomato, onion, 1/8cup of fat free moz. a squeeze of lime and a shake or two of lime zest, 1tbsp of ken's lite greek) If you want to get super Posh you could add a half glass (2.5oz) of Pinot Noir.
Pizza - 190 cals
salad - 90 cals
half glass of pinot noir 59 cals.
so for 340 cals you can have a knockout of a dinner.
Good luck0
