I have a headache

I am wondering if this *at all* could be linked to diet cordial. I use half a sachet (for 250mls of water) in a 1.25litre bottle so it's REALLY watered down, and just flavours the water to make it go down a lot easier (if you have ever had South Australian water, you'd know why) But. Friday and today *monday* I have had a sharp stabbing headache. I'm going to watch it, I am just concerned that it could be any part of the changes I have been making to my diet. I am making sure to take multi-vitamins until I get the right amount of fruits and veggies, I had my monthly last week so i have taken a couple of iron tablets this week (Ive always had a problem with my iron).

The only silly question is the one that goes unasked. does anyone else get headaches from this?

<3 Sandra.

The only time I get headaches from my diet is when I'm not drinking enough water or am consuming too much sodium. Are you drinking lots of water, hun? The heavier a person is the more water they should be drinking. :) Like me, with my weight, I should be drinking like 15 cups of water a day. But I can rarely drink that much. I'm usually ok as long as I'm drinking 10 or more cups.
  • I try to get 10 cups a day ><

which is why it's annoying. I will not like this if I drink too little for a day and then I get a headache. that would be unfun. ha. but. I guess all the more reason to consume the water.

Sometimes, aside from the water, I get headaches if my meals are spaced too far apart. I need to eat at least every 4 hours, I prefer every 3, or I will get a headache no matter how much water I had. I guess it's my body's way of keeping me from starving myself.
